Murata Electronics MEMS Evaluation Units
Murata Electronics MEMS Evaluation Units demonstrate the functionality and key properties of Murata MEMS sensors. These evaluation units enable performance testing of Murata MEMS accelerometers, gyroscopes, and inclinometers. The Murata digital accelerometer and gyroscope sensors are connected to the evaluation board with a chip-carrier PCB or by using an external interface board. A highly accurate A/D converter is included.
MEMs Daughter Boards
To function, the MEMS evaluation board (MEMS_EVAL_BOARD) requires a product-specific sensor board (-PCB or PWB). The interface boards can be used with the MEMs evaluation board.
