Microchip Technology SAM L21 Microcontrollers
Microchip Technology SAM L21 are ultralow-power microcontrollers (MCU) using the 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M0+ processor. The processor runs at max. 48MHz (2.46 CoreMark®/MHz) and up to 256KB Flash and 40KB of SRAM. The MCUs are housed in 32-, 48-, and 64-pin package. The SAM L21 feature sophisticated power management technologies, like power domain gating, SleepWalking, ultralow-power peripherals and more that allow for very low current consumption. The highly configurable peripherals include a touch controller supporting capacitive interfaces with proximity sensing. The SAM L21 is designed for simple and intuitive migration between SAM L devices with identical peripheral modules, compatible code and a linear address map and is compatible with the SAM D family of general-purpose MCUs.
