Central Semiconductor CMAD4448 High Speed Switching Diodes
Central Semiconductor's CMAD4448 high speed switching diodes feature a typical switching speed of 2.0ns and a maximum of less than 4.0ns. The diodes are housed in an ultra-small SOD-923 package that takes up 55% less board space than a SOD-523 package. The product is ideal for handheld electronic devices and a wide range of other design applications.
