Central Semiconductor CBRDFA4-100 Full-Wave Bridge Rectifier

Central Semiconductor CBRDFA4-100 Full-Wave Bridge Rectifier is mounted on a durable epoxy surface mount case that utilizes the glass passivated chips. This rectifier features a high 4A current rating and low forward voltage (VF) diodes (1A maximum at 4A IF). The CBRDFA4-100 rectifier offers 1000V peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM), 1000V DC blocking voltage (VR), and 150A peak forward surge current (IFSM). This rectifier is available in a BR DFN-A case.
