Broadcom ACPL-M49T Automotive Optocoupler

Broadcom ACPL-M49T is a single-channel 20kBd automotive optocoupler in a SOIC-5 package featuring low LED drive current. Broadcom ACPL-M49T automotive optocouplers can be configured for isolating digital status or analog feedback. Each detector incorporates an integrated photodiode with a single transistor. This Broadcom R²Coupler device provides reinforced insulation and reliability that delivers safe signal isolation critical in automotive and high temperature industrial applications.
