Broadcom ACNU-3410 & ACNU-3430 Gate Drive Optocouplers

Broadcom ACNU-3410 and ACNU-3430 Gate Drive Optocouplers are designed for high voltage, space-constrained industrial applications including 600VAC motor drives and 1kVDC solar inverters. These Octocouplers are offered in an 11mm SSO-8 package featuring wide 11mm creepage and 10.5mm clearance. The high insulation voltage and compact package footprint of the ACNU-3410 and ACNU-3430 provide enhanced high voltage protection and signal isolation in tight spaces. 

The ACNU-3410 and ACNU-3430 Gate Drive Optocouplers are an upgrade to the HCNW/ACNW in 400mil DIP-8 package while offering a footprint that is 40% smaller.  These Octocouplers feature common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) greater than 100kV/µs, preventing erroneous gate driver failures in noisy environments. These devices also have minimal propagation delay, three times faster than the previous generation, enabling high frequency switching to improve efficiency in driving IGBT and SiC/GaN MOSFET.
