Apex Microtechnology VRE210 +10V Low Drift Precision Voltage Reference

Apex Microtechnology VRE210 +10V Low Drift Precision Voltage Reference have a ±0.5mV initial accuracy and a 1.11ppm/°C temperature coefficient over the full military temperature range. Accuracy improvement is possible by a multipoint laser compensation technique. Other performance improvements include initial accuracy, warm-up drift, line regulation, and long term stability. This makes the VRE210 series an accurate and stable 10V surface mount reference. The VRE210 are available in two operating temperature ranges, -25°C to +85°C and -55°C to +125°C, and two electrical performance grades. The devices are packaged in 20-terminal ceramic LCC packages for maximum long term stability. "M" versions are screened for high reliability and quality.
