Apacer Technology Inc. DD2.22260S.001 DDR4 SDRAM XR-DIMM is a high-density memory module with 16 pieces of 1024M x 8bits DDR4 synchronous DRAMs and a 4K bits EPROM. This memory module features a bi-directional differential data strobe, 8-bit prefetch, and internal Vref DQ generation. The DDR4 SDRAM is a 300-pins dual inline memory module that is intended for mounting into a connector socket. This memory module supports per DRAM addressability, write CRC at all speed grades, and CA parity (Command/Address parity). The DD2.22260S.001 SDRAM operates at -40°C to 95°C industrial temperature range and 1.14V to 1.26V power supply range. The DD2.22260S.001 synchronous DRAM offers 19.2GB/sec bandwidth and 2400Mbps speed grade.
