Analog Devices Inc. LTC6229 Low Distortion 730MHz Op Amps
Analog Devices Inc. LTC6229 Low Distortion 730MHz Op-Amps are the dual very fast unity-gain stable operational amplifiers with low noise rail-to-rail output. These op-amps offer 0.88nV/√Hz low-input referred voltage noise and better than −100dB at 4VP-P low distortion performance for large signals as fast as 2MHz. The LTC6229 opamps feature a gain-bandwidth product of 890MHz and a high slew rate of 500V/μs. These amplifiers operate within –40°C to 125°C temperature range and are available as singles in 8-Lead SOIC, TSOT-23, DC-6, and as duals in DD10, MS8. Typical applications include fast trans-impedance amplifiers in optical electronics, active filters, video amplifiers, high dynamic range A/D converters, and low voltage hi-fi amplification.Features
