Analog Devices Inc. HMC392A RF Amplifiers

Analog Devices Inc. HMC392A RF Amplifiers features GaAs MMIC low noise amplifiers operating between 3.5GHz and 7GHz. The amplifiers offer 17.2dB of gain, 1.7dB noise figure, and 32.5dBm IP3 from a 5V supply voltage.

Analog Devices HMC392A provides six bonding adjustment options. The options allow the designer to select the bias point and output power of the device (+10 to +19.7dBm). Designers can easily integrate the HMC392A amplifier into Multi-Chip-Modules (MCMs) due to its small 1.3mm² size..

All data is held on the chip in a 50Ω test fixture connected via 0.025mm (1mil) diameter wire bonds of minimal length 0.31mm (12mils).
