Analog Devices Inc. ADuM3150 SPIsolator™ Digital Isolators

Analog Devices ADuM3150 SPIsolator™ Digital Isolators consists of six-channel dedicated digital isolators optimized for isolated serial peripheral interfaces (SPIs) with 1/1 aux channel directionality. Developed using proprietary iCoupler® chip-scale transformer technology, ADuM3150's low propagation delay in the CLK, MO/SI, MI/SO, and SS SPI bus signals support SPI clock rates of up to 17MHz. These channels operate with a 14ns propagation delay and 1ns jitter to optimize timing for SPI. These ADuM3150 isolators also provide two additional independent low data rate isolation channels, one channel in each direction. Data in the slow channels are sampled and serialized for a 250kbps data rate with 2.5μs of jitter. Analog Devices ADuM3150 digital isolators are ideal for industrial programmable logic controllers (PLC) and sensor isolation.
