Analog Devices Inc. ADRV9364-Z7020 is a low-power Software Defined Radio (SDR) 1x1 System-On-Module (SOM). The ADRV9364-Z7020 combines the integrated AD9364 RF Agile Transceiver™ with the Xilinx Z7020 Zynq®-7000 All Programmable SoC. Fully tested and verified, the SOM integrates the high-speed programmable logic and the RF signal path. ADRV9364-Z7035 provides a single RF receive and transmit path from 70MHz to 6GHz. The Analog Devices ADRV9364-Z7035 forms the RF-to-baseband signal processing core of a wireless communications system. Carrier cards are available for fast prototyping. Simulation and code generation tools allow the ADRV9364-Z7020 to integrate seamlessly with Xilinx Vivado® Design Suite. Production-ready and industrial temperature rated, the ADRV9364-Z7020 conforms to MIL-STD 202G for thermal, vibration, and shock.
