Analog Devices Inc. AD567xR Digital to Analog Converters (DACs)
Analog Devices Inc. AD567xR Digital to Analog Converters (DACs) are low power, 16-channel, 12-/16-bit, and buffered voltage output DACs. The AD567xR DACs include a 2.5V, 2ppm/°C internal reference, and a gain select pin resulting in a full-scale output of 2.5V (gain=1) or 5.0V (gain=2). These DACs operate from a single, 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage range and are guaranteed monotonic by design. The AD567xR DACs are available in a 28-lead Lead Frame Chip Scale Package (LFCSP). These DACs incorporate a Power-On Reset (POR) circuit that ensures the output powers up to and remains at zero-scale/mid-scale until a valid write. The AD567xR DACs contain a power-down mode that reduces the current consumption to 2μA (typical). These DACs are ideal for applications such as optical transceivers, base station power amplifiers, process control, industrial automation, and data acquisition systems.Features
