OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.

  1. Eligibility: All winners must be at least 18 years old, unless otherwise stated and/or posted, and aresident of one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia.

  2. Timing: Promotion begins on June 5, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. CST and ends July 15, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. CST. Only entries submitted in this time period will be accepted. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this promotion.

  3. How to Enter Online: During the promotion period, go to http://www.facebook.com/mouserelectronics and "like" our page to be eligible to answer trivia questions. Sponsor is not responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries as potential contest winners. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned and can be used by Sponsor for any purpose.

  4. Limit: Only one entry per person.

  5. No Purchase Necessary: A purchase of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

  6. All potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decision is final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway. Winners are solely responsible for thereporting and payment of all sales, income and other taxes and/or fees that may be incurred.

  7. Genius Spot Trivia Contest: Sponsor is the sole judging organization whose decisions as to the operation of the contest and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the contest. The potential winner(s) will be determined by a random selection of the correct trivia entries received on June 30, 2012 at Sponsor’s office. Each entrant’s chances of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. There will be 12 potential winners selected.

  8. Verification of Potential Winners: Potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. A winner may forfeit any and all winnings if verification cannot be made within 5 days. Upon proper verification, prizes will be awarded by email, and/or mailed to the winner’s mailing address or via email within 5 business days. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. Sponsor is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s). Each winner now must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity Release (where permissible by law) in order to receive the prize.

  9. Prizes: One (1) Mouser Branded Racing Gift Pack (including t-shirt, hat, phone grip sticker, drawstring bag, Mouser racing sticker, Mouser foam finger, Mouser magnet, and IndyCar 2GB USB flash drive), $40 value. Up to 4 winners will be chosen at random. There is no substitution of prizes or cash awarded.

  10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability. THE SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES AND AGENTS AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR: (1) ANY INCORRECT OR INACCURATE INFORMATION, WHETHER CAUSED BY ENTRANTS, PRINTING ERRORS OR BY ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT OR PROGRAMMING ASSOCIATED WITH OR UTILIZED IN THE PROMOTION; (2) TECHNICAL FAILURES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO MALFUNCTIONS, TRAFFIC CONGESTION OR DISCONNECTIONS IN INTERNET LINES OR NETWORK HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE; (3) UNAUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION IN ANY PART OF THE ENTRY PROCESS OR THEPROMOTION; (4) TECHNICAL OR HUMAN ERROR WHICH MAY OCCUR IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE PROMOTION OR THE PROCESSING OF ENTRIES; (5) ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY WHICH MAY BE CAUSED, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, FROM ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR RECEIPT OR USE OR MISUSE OF OR FAILURE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO ENTRANT’S OR ANY OTHER PERSON’S COMPUTER RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION OR DOWNLOADING ANY MATERIALS IN THE PROMOTION AND EACH ENTRANT RELEASES THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ALL LIABILITY RELATING THERETO.

  11. Privacy and Use of Contest Information: Any personal information received by Sponsor in connection with this Contest will be used solely in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, which can be found at http://www.mouser.com/ privacypolicy/.

  12. Governing Law: These Rules and this Contest are governed by and controlled by the laws of the State of Texas, applicable to contracts made and performed therein without reference to the applicable choice of law provisions. All actions, proceedings or litigation relating hereto will be instituted and prosecuted solely within the state of Texas, Tarrant County. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the state courts of Texas and the federal courts located with such state and county with respect to any action, dispute or other matter pertaining to or arising out of this Contest. This Contest is subject to all applicable laws. Void where prohibited.

  13. Winner List: The winner(s) will be listed at http://www.mouser.com/genius_spot within approximately 10 days following the end of the Contest period.
